1. Handle communication and coordination with internal teams and customers.

2. Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper time management.

3. Maintain company records, documents, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

4. Coordinate with the service team, procurement, and vendor management for office supplies and services.

5. Support HR functions, including attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding of new hires.

6. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting in collaboration with the accounts department.

7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office and during service operations.

8. Manage the day-to-day activities of the service team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance tracking.

9. Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely execution of customer projects and services.

10. Monitor service requests and ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

11. Track service team productivity and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

12. Provide administrative support to senior management as required.

13. Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.

14. Maintain Deskera software and ensure proper data entry and usage.
