Key Responsibilities:
HR Intern – Job Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers
Support in onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and consultants for interview scheduling
Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR policies and records
Prepare reports and MIS as required by the HR team
