Summary:
The HR Advisor will support daily HR operations, handle employee queries, ensure policy compliance, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.
Address employee HR-related queries and support employee relations.
Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and support payroll coordination.
Support performance management and probation reviews.
Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
Assist in employee engagement activities and training coordination.
Graduate in HR/Business; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws; MS Office proficiency.
