Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to manage end-to-end administrative operations, ensure SOP compliance, and support leadership with efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ End to End HR recruitment and operations
⦁ Oversee daily office administration and facility management
⦁ Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and logistics
⦁ Prepare meeting agendas, record MOM, and track action items
⦁ Implement, monitor, and ensure SOP compliance across departments
⦁ Handle confidential internal and external communications
⦁ Conduct monthly departmental audits and report findings
⦁ Monitor billing, payments, rentals, and maintain financial records
⦁ Track company assets and vehicles through OMSW
⦁ Supervise reception operations and field staff activities
⦁ Manage executive calendars and scheduling
