Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / Office Assistant to manage daily office work and support our team in our Audio Video and Home Automation business. The candidate will help with office administration, coordination, and basic documentation work.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily office administrative tasks
• Maintain project files, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Manage phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing quotations and basic reports
• Maintain office records and inventory
• Support management in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Responsible and punctual
• Experience in admin work is preferred

0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
