We are looking for a Compliance Executive with experience in PF & ESIC compliance work. The candidate should have knowledge of statutory compliance, employee record maintenance, and labour-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling PF & ESIC working and online uploading

• Preparation and maintenance of wage registers

• Maintaining employee data and records

• Handling statutory compliance documentation

• Coordination for employee joining, exit, and related compliance formalities

• Maintaining attendance and salary-related records

• Ensuring timely compliance submissions and updates

• Audit completion

Requirements:

• Experience in PF & ESIC compliance work

• Knowledge of labour compliance and statutory registers

• Basic computer knowledge (advance, Excel, email, online portals)

• Good record-keeping and coordination skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred

Experience : 1 months to 3 years

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
