RG Group – Hiring HR Executive

RG Group is engaged in waterproofing services with over 20 years of industry experience. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of HR Executive.

Experience Required:
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HR

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Managing employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
Handling payroll processing and administration
PF & ESIC compliance and monthly remittances
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Ensuring statutory compliance (CLRA, labour laws, etc.)
General HR and administrative activities

Location: Hyderabad
