We are looking for a HR & Admin to join our team at Rajshree Foods to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and Administrative work for the organization.
HR & Admin together ensure smooth staff management and operations, covering recruitment, attendance, compliance, and daily operational readiness. They act as a bridge between people, process, and facility, keeping the retail business running without interruption.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and staff documentation.

• Maintain readiness: housekeeping, repairs, uniforms, supplies.

• Ensure policy compliance, grooming standards, and discipline.

• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and management for daily operations.

• Track staff performance, leave, and manpower requirements across locations.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–4 years experience in HR or Admin, preferably in retail or FMCG.

• Strong skills in recruitment, attendance tracking, and documentation management.

• Ability to coordinate store operations, housekeeping, repairs, and vendor follow-ups.

• Good communication, discipline, and multitasking ability across multiple locations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, emails, and maintaining staff records & compliance files.
