Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, administrative responsibilities, and backend coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, CRM handling capability, and the ability to support leadership in daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management
Handle full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisals
Ensure company policies and HR compliance are followed
Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
2. Administrative Responsibilities
Handle all office administrative work and documentation
Maintain records of legal, operational, and internal paperwork
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Manage office assets, inventory, and supplies
3. CRM & Backend Operations
Manage and maintain CRM data efficiently
Handle lead management, segregation, and distribution
Ensure proper follow-up tracking from the sales team
Monitor lead status (connected, not connected, follow-up, converted, etc.)
Generate and maintain reports for management review
4. Back Office Coordination
Maintain all backend data and reports accurately
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and management teams
Ensure proper documentation and filing system
5. Director’s Assistance
Assist the Director in day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Prepare reports, MIS, and presentations as required
Handle scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups on key tasks
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR processes and administrative functions
Experience in CRM handling and data management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
High level of organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Admin/Backend role
Qualification: Graduate
Gender Preference: Female Candidate Preferred
Salary Range:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
