Experience:- 6 months to 1 year
Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage equipment, and ensure a functional work environment.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, book travel, and arrange logistics for events/meetings.
Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, mail, and act as a liaison between staff, management, and external parties.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and manage filing systems (physical/digital).
Procurement & Inventory: Monitor and order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and handle purchasing requests.
Financial Support: Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and basic financial record-keeping.
HR Support: Help with onboarding, employee records, and attendance management.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
