Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and other employee-related documentation.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, orientation, and exit/relieving formalities.
Address routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and employee welfare activities.
Assist in performance management processes, employee reviews, and HR documentation.
Coordinate statutory HR compliances and maintain relevant records and documentation.
Manage office administration activities, facilities, stationery, vendors, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders for administrative activities.
Prepare HR and administrative reports, MIS, and periodic updates for management.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and organizational information.
Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle, and administrative processes.
Strong knowledge of attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare HR MIS/reports.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Good understanding of basic HR policies and statutory requirements.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Relevant certification in HR or Administration will be an added advantage.
