The HR Recruiter & Admin Executive will handle recruitment activities and daily administrative operations with an equal focus on both areas. The role requires good communication skills, coordination ability, and basic office management skills.
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Scheduling interviews with candidates and faculty/management
Coordinating follow-ups and maintaining recruitment records
Managing the front desk and handling student/visitor inquiries
Coordinating with faculty and staff for daily operations
Maintaining attendance, student records, and daily administrative logs
Handling documentation, filing, and basic office correspondence
Managing office supplies, stationery, and logistics
Supporting overall office administration and ensuring smooth daily functioning
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Freshers or candidates with experience in HR/Admin can apply
