About Us

Mirach Live Experiences is a fast-growing event production company working across corporate events, weddings, brand activations, and large-scale productions.

We are building a young, energetic team and are looking for an HR Intern who can help us hire, build, and grow this next generation of event professionals.

What You’ll Do

🎯 1. Build Our New Team (Primary Responsibility)

• Hire interns and entry-level team members

• Coordinate with colleges for campus hiring

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Create a strong intern pipeline

• Help convert high-performing interns into full-time employees

📋 2. HR & Operations Support

• Assist in onboarding and documentation

• Maintain attendance and basic HR records

• Support internal team coordination

• Help build structured HR processes as the company scales

🌟 3. Culture & Team Energy

• Bring creativity and positivity to the workplace

• Help organize engagement activities

• Contribute ideas to improve team morale

Who Should Apply?

• Students pursuing or completed BBA / BCom / BMS / MBA (HR preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• Confident, outgoing, and people-friendly personality

• Interest in events, weddings, corporate productions

• Creative mindset with leadership potential
