HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, attendance and leave management.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and MIS.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Coordinate training, employee engagement and performance appraisal activities.
Support HR administration and day-to-day employee requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employees professionally.
Preferred Candidate: Male HR professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
