Assistant to the owner of the company.
The Key Result Areas for this profile are:
1. Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners.
2. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Managing team calendars and setting up meetings.
4. Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
5. Oversee the performance of the Team.
6. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
7. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails,
presentations, reports, take minutes during meetings on-site and off-site.
