Joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees
2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Maintain attendance records (ESSL / biometric systems)
Monitor late coming, absenteeism, and leave records
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts / external payroll vendor
Ensure timely salary processing and compliance
3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee master data and personal files
Issue HR letters: appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, notice, experience, FNF, etc.
Maintain HR registers as per statutory requirements
4. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal process
Track probation, confirmation, and appraisal timelines
Assist management in disciplinary actions and employee counseling
5. Statutory & Labour Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to manufacturing units
PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment
Coordinate inspections and audits, if any
Maintain statutory records and returns
6. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and workplace issues
Maintain discipline and company policies
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
1. Office & Plant Administration
Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables
Coordinate maintenance of office and factory premises
Vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, etc.
2. Asset & Facility Management
Maintain records of company assets
Issue and track ID cards, uniforms, safety gear (PPE)
Ensure safety and hygiene standards at workplace
3. Travel & General Administration
Manage travel arrangements (if required)
Handle courier, communication, and document management
Support audits and internal reviews
