Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all levels.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports.
Training & Development
Identify employee training needs and skill gaps.
Develop and implement training and development programs.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Support employee career growth and succession planning.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records.
Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance data through HRMS/Biometric systems.
Address attendance-related issues and employee queries.
Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Coordinate statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Ensure compliance with payroll policies and labor regulations.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and final settlements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
Coordinate audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Training & Development, Attendance, and Payroll.
Experience with HRMS, Biometric Attendance Systems, and Payroll Software.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
