Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees
Support payroll inputs and basic compliance work

Admin Responsibilities:

Manage office and factory administration activities
Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace
Coordinate with different departments for operational support
