Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Factory Site)

We are looking for a sharp and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for labor management and acting as a liaison with the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Tracking: Monitoring daily entry, exit, and break timings for all staff and labor.

• Leave Management: Processing leave approvals and maintaining updated records.

• Labor Discipline: Ensuring all workers follow factory rules, safety protocols, and maintain pre shift and post shift decorum.

• HO Coordination: Reporting attendance, salary data, and leave cycles to the Head Office (HO) for payroll processing.

• Office Support: Assisting in general administrative tasks and office documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR/Admin (Factory experience preferred).

• Strong communication and "people management" skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Computer basics for reporting.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
