Responsibilities:
Hiring bakers, helpers, delivery staff and cleaners
Posting job openings on job portals and local networks
Screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Managing staff attendance and leave records
Helping create staff rules and discipline policies
Handling basic HR issues between employees
Supporting payroll coordination with owner
Requirements:
2–5 years HR experience (preferably restaurant/retail/food industry)
Experience hiring blue-collar staff
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to visit the bakery when required
