A. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate with department heads for further rounds.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new joiners including documentation, induction, and system access.
B. Payroll Management
• Collect, verify, and process monthly attendance and leave data for payroll computation.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS deductions.
• Address employee queries related to salary slips, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare monthly payroll MIS reports.
C. HR Reporting & Employee Records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal files, contracts, and performance documents.
• Track confirmation, appraisal, and renewal timelines and alert respective managers in advance.
• Assist in HR audits by ensuring documentation compliance and readiness.
D. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Maintain a grievance log and track resolution status to ensure no case remains unresolved beyond defined timelines.
• Organise periodic employee engagement activities and feedback sessions to proactively identify workplace concerns.
E. Administration
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and facility upkeep to ensure a clean and functional work environment.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for staff and guests as required.
