Healthcare Sector Manager - Marketing

Sector Manager Healthcare Key Responsibilities: - Demand Generation initiatives: Conceptualizing and executing campaigns to create market for Diversey hygiene and cleaning solutions - Develop end to end understanding of HCP and Patient journey to identify key growth drivers to deliver business objectives - Create marketing plan with strong value proposition for infection control portfolio - Drive internal sales campaigns to bring focus and mind share on high profitability products - Drive data-based decision making by applying analytics to business metrics, forecasting and overall portfolio management - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product marketing, supply chain, R&D, etc.) to provide solutions meeting end customer needs Required Experience/Skill Set: MBA in Marketing from Tier1/II MBA School 12+ years of experience in marketing preferably in Healthcare industry High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders Strong analytical skills Experience Level Senior Level
