Field recruiter

The State Supply Lead is accountable for end-to-end workforce supply management across the state, ensuring every hub achieves manpower fulfillment targets for delivery executive hiring. The role owns hiring demand planning, pipeline generation, recruitment execution, attrition recovery, and stakeholder management to maintain uninterrupted delivery operations.

The incumbent will work closely with Hub Managers, Field Recruiters, Call Center Recruiters, and Operations teams to ensure a minimum 130% hiring pipeline against open demand and sustain workforce availability across all locations.
