We are looking for a Field recruiter to join our team at Zen Linen International Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process(Blue Collar) for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvasing the Blue collar Candidates (Tailors, Helpers) on a daily basis
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Field sourcing on a daily basis , candidate should have knowledge on local routes and areas.
Tailors recruitment sourcing.
Should identify the Area for sourcing and bring Tailor and helpers
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to travel on a daily basis for out sourcing.
Candidate should own Bike with license.
Candidate age should be below 35 yrs
