Position: Field Supervisor
Job Location: Pant Nagar / Haridwar (Uttarakhand)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1 Year to 5 Years

Role Overview:

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with ITI colleges, managing ITI fresher candidates, supporting recruitment activities, and handling onboarding documentation and accommodation arrangements. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, field-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various ITI colleges in and around Pant Nagar, Haridwar, and nearby regions.

• Manage and support ITI fresher candidates on a monthly basis.

• Attend job fairs, placement drives, and campus recruitment events to source candidates.

• Collect, verify, and organize candidate data from job fairs and ITI visits.

• Handle end-to-end onboarding processes for selected candidates.

• Maintain joining files, personal documents, and onboarding checklists.

• Ensure timely submission of all required documents to the backend team.

• Register new joiners in the company hostel/accommodation.

• Assist candidates in settling into accommodation and resolving initial queries.

• Maintain records of company-provided materials (e.g., safety shoes, jackets, tools).

• Ensure proper issuance and documentation of material distributed to candidates.

• Collect monthly attendance data from candidates.

• Share accurate attendance reports with the backend team within deadlines.

• Maintain all records and reports in a systematic and organized manner.
