Job Summary

Swiggy is looking for dynamic and energetic Field Recruiters to join our growing team. This role involves hiring delivery executives/riders through field sourcing, conducting local outreach, and ensuring onboarding targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire delivery executives/riders in assigned areas

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a candidate pipeline

• Explain job roles and assist candidates with the onboarding process

• Meet daily recruitment targets and maintain reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers welcome)

• Education: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills and fluency in local language

• Strong knowledge of local areas

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

• Allowances: Up to ₹2,600 (Petrol + Mobile reimbursement)
