Job Role: Field Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring)

Job Description:

Snabbit is hiring Field Recruiters who will be responsible for on-ground hiring of blue-collar workers. This is a field-based role involving sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates from local areas. Training will be provided by Snabbit.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-ground recruitment of blue-collar candidates

• Visiting local areas, societies, markets, labor points, etc.

• Explaining job roles and convincing candidates to join

• Coordinating interviews, documentation, and onboarding

• Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

• Maintaining basic hiring data and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any graduate

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to do field work

• Local area knowledge is a plus
