💼 Job Responsibilities

- Field visits karke candidates ko source aur attract karna.

- House-help / Home Services roles ke liye suitable female candidates identify karna.

- Candidates ko job profile, salary, working hours aur benefits ke baare mein explain karna.

- Interested candidates ke saath telephonic follow-up karna.

- Candidates ko interview/training ke liye coordinate karna.

- Candidate documentation aur onboarding process mein support karna.

- Daily recruitment targets achieve karna.

- Local areas, societies, residential areas aur other potential locations mein candidate sourcing karna.

- Recruitment status aur daily updates reporting manager ko share karna.

🎯 Requirements

- Fresher & experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Candidates se confidently baat karne ki ability.

- Field recruitment / blue-collar hiring experience will be an advantage.

- Mumbai/local area knowledge preferred.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
