Key Responsibilities:
Source Plumbers and Helpers through local labour markets, references, contractors, and manpower networks.
Develop and maintain a strong network of labour contractors and manpower suppliers.
Visit labour locations and nearby areas regularly to identify available workers.
Screen candidates based on skill, experience, availability, and expected wages.
Maintain a database of available Plumbers and Helpers for upcoming projects.
Coordinate with site teams to understand manpower requirements and deployment dates.
Negotiate manpower rates with contractors/workers within the approved company budget.
Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, travel, accommodation, and mobilisation.
Follow up daily with contractors until the committed manpower reaches the site.
Maintain a daily manpower sourcing and mobilisation report.
Build a backup pool of workers for urgent and future project requirements.
