HR Recruiter

Propel HR Management Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements.

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Post job openings across various platforms and maintain active candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

• Conduct reference and background verification checks as required.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and resume databases.

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)
Location: Guindy, Chennai.
Industry Preference: Staffing / Recruitment / Consultancy Experience Preferred.
