Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring of bikers / delivery executives across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

Field-level sourcing and hiring of bikers
Conduct walk-ins, field visits, and local sourcing
Coordinate with candidates for documentation & onboarding
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Maintain basic hiring reports

Requirements:

Experience in field recruitment / bulk hiring preferred
Strong local area knowledge of Kolkata
Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi preferred)
Ability to work independently in the field
Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Kolkata
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance)
