📌 Position: Field Recruitment Officer – Bulk Hiring (Frontline Staff)

Function: Recruitment - Frontline / Grey Collar / White Collar (Non-IT)
Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad

🎯 Role Objective:

To hire large numbers of Staff for our clients for their warehouses, Central Kitchens, Stores, Factories, Offices across India.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates (Technicians, Supervisors, Coooks, Service / Counter Staff, Packing& Delivery associates etc.) from:

  • Job portals, WhatsApp groups, and referrals

  • Field visits, walk-ins, and headhunting

  • NGOs, Skill Development Centers, and ITIs

  • Government & private job fairs

• Create and maintain a strong candidate database

• Coordinate interviews (in-person and video calls) with internal teams and client representatives

• Joining formalities for selected candidates

• Maintain good relationship with the client representatives

• Handle full recruitment process – job posting, calling, messaging, follow-ups

• Ensure positions are filled on time with quality candidates

• MIS

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–5 years in bulk / mass hiring (frontline staff)

• Strong in sourcing, headhunting, and network-based hiring

• Good connections with NGOs, Skill Councils, ITIs, and Job Fair Organizers

• Can organize recruitment drives using calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.

• Basic computer skills – Excel, job portals

• Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English preferred)

Salary: Upto 20,000 & 5,000 conveyance

Bike/Two wheeler: Must

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
