Source candidates through field activities like:
Campus visits ( Colleges)
Job fairs & placement drives
Local sourcing (consultancies, references, pamphlet distribution)
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and joining process
Maintain daily reports of sourcing, interviews, and joining status
Build strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and local networks
Ensure target-based hiring is completed on time
