Field recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level positions. The role involves sourcing candidates through field activities, job fairs, local networks, and referrals while coordinating interviews, documentation, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to travel extensively, and experience in high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local communities, colleges, NGOs, job fairs, and referral networks.

• Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns at various locations.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.

• Collect and verify candidate documents.

• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding and joining formalities.

• Build relationships with local placement agencies, training institutes, and community organizations.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, field hiring, staffing, or talent acquisition.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar recruitment.

• Experience hiring for BPO, Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Telecom, or FMCG sectors.

• Familiarity with local job markets and candidate sourcing channels.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
