Midclap Hiring – Field Hiring Associate

Location : Delhi (Field Job)

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 + Incentives + TA

Role :

Hire maids & cooks in assigned job location
Build & maintain relationships with local partners
Update candidate details and hiring status in CRM

Requirements :

12th and above
Bike mandatory
Basic smartphone knowledge
Local area familiarity
