Key Responsibilities:
· Mobilize candidates for skilling and training programs
· Drive mobilization for domestic and international placement opportunities
· Conduct field visits, community outreach, and awareness campaigns
· Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and local networks
· Organize candidate orientation and counselling sessions
· Maintain daily mobilization targets and reporting
· Support enrollment and documentation processes
· Represent the organization in outreach activities and events
Key Requirements:
· Prior field mobilization experience preferred (skilling/placement sector)
· Freshers must be willing to work in a 100% field role and learn mobilization in the skilling industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel extensively
· High energy, ownership mindset, and target orientation
· For freshers: MBA / MSW background preferred
