Job Opening – Sewing Operators (Female)

We are looking for Sewing Operators (Female) to join our team at to support garment production operations and maintain quality standards. The tasks include operating sewing machines, stitching garments as per production requirements, and maintaining productivity and quality targets. You will be responsible for handling assigned operations efficiently and following factory safety and production guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines and complete assigned stitching operations.

• Maintain production quality and daily targets.

• Follow supervisor instructions and factory safety procedures.

• Handle garments carefully to avoid defects and damages.

• Coordinate with team leaders and quality inspectors.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 8th Pass / 10th Pass with 0–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or stitching operations. Freshers are also welcome. Basic machine handling knowledge, teamwork, and discipline are essential. Candidates must be open to working in shifts and factory working environments.
