🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Field mein jaa kar delivery boys hire karna

• Daily aur weekly hiring targets complete karna

• Candidates ka screening & onboarding process manage karna

• South Delhi & East Delhi areas mein hiring drives conduct karna

• Hiring data aur reports maintain karna

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Field hiring / HR recruitment experience (Delivery, Logistics, E-commerce preferred)

• South Delhi & East Delhi ka local knowledge

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Target oriented aur self-driven attitude

• Basic mobile & app usage knowledge
