Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manpower Hiring Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and frontline staff. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, consultants, references, and social media.

• Conduct initial screening and interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with operations teams.

• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.

• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.

• Work closely with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
