Position: Field Recruiter + Operations Executive
Location: Ludhiana
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through field visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining follow-ups.
- Manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and daily attendance records.
- Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, and documentation.
- Visit client sites for recruitment and operational coordination.
- Maintain daily reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and client HR teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and attendance management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling as required.
