Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk & mass hiring across entry-level, frontline, sales, retail, and operations roles
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.), referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements
Schedule interviews, assessment drives, and walk-in recruitment campaigns
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
