Job Overview
Human Heroes Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiters for bulk hiring of delivery boys and delivery partners for multiple leading companies, including Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, BigBasket, and other delivery and quick-commerce companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit delivery boys and delivery partners through field visits.
- Conduct bulk hiring for multiple companies and locations.
- Visit local markets, residential areas, and high-footfall locations to generate candidate leads.
- Explain job profiles, salary, incentives, working hours, and joining procedures to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Maintain candidate records and submit daily recruitment reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for field recruitment.
- Ability to work under targets and coordinate with candidates.
- Experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or manpower services will be an advantage.
