We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar roles such as Delivery Boys, Picker & Packer, Loader, and Unloader. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, and local networks.
Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and on-ground hiring activities to attract blue-collar workforce.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with operations team to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics (joining ratio, attendance, attrition).
Assist in pre-joining and onboarding activities including document collection and background verification.
Build relationships with local agencies, training institutes, and community groups to strengthen hiring pipeline.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory guidelines during recruitment.
Provide regular reports on hiring status, challenges, and market trends to HR Manager
