Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard suitable candidates for various job openings. The role involves extensive fieldwork, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and local hiring networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, referrals, colleges, institutes, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and attract potential candidates.

• Explain job opportunities, roles, responsibilities, salary, benefits, and working conditions to candidates.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and organisational criteria.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.

• Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build relationships with local communities, institutes, placement agencies, and other candidate-sourcing partners.

• Coordinate candidate documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and reduce dropouts.

• Share regular updates with the reporting manager.

• Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and other hiring activities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, field sales, staffing, or a similar role.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

• Good candidate-handling and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.

• Knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.

• Valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler may be preferred

Compensation:

Salary: 20000 rs to 25000 rs per month
