Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and administer assessments.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Define job requirements, create job descriptions, and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary/benefits, and conduct background checks.
Process Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
