Field recruiter

Position : Assistant Manager - Blue collar (Rider) hiring

Experience : 3 -10 years

Location : Mysore

Preferred Skills : Rider Hiring, Sourcing Supply chain, Onboarding, Last mile Supply, stakeholders Management, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for rider and blue-collar hiring requirements.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, field recruitment drives, and social media channels.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and documentation verification.

Coordinate with operations and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.

Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

Track and improve recruitment metrics such as sourcing efficiency, conversion ratio, cost per hire, and joining ratio.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–10 years of experience in blue-collar, volume, or rider hiring.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or last-mile delivery recruitment is preferred.

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Good communication and negotiation abilities.
