Field recruiter

We are looking for a Rider Files Recruiter responsible for sourcing delivery riders and managing their onboarding documentation to ensure smooth and timely activation. The role involves close coordination with candidates and operations teams to meet daily hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source delivery rider candidates through referrals, field sourcing, job portals, and Poster Activity.

• Screen candidates as per hiring eligibility criteria.

• Collect and verify onboarding documents such as Aadhaar, Driving License, RC, Bank Details, etc.

• Follow up with candidates for document completion and joining.

• Coordinate with store and operations teams for onboarding closure.

• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and hiring updates.

• Ensure compliance with company onboarding processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Basic knowledge of recruitment or onboarding process

Good communication and follow-up skills

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
