*🚀 SWIGGY 🧡 IS HIRING FOR FIELD RECRUITER'S 🚀*

*📍 Location: All Over Chennai*

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

Hire Delivery Boys / Bikers / Riders for Swiggy Instamart

Conduct field visits to generate and convert potential leads

Coordinate onboarding and documentation of candidates

🔹 Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers can apply)

Good knowledge of local areas & local language

Comfortable with field work

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

*Work Hour's: 10am to 4Pm ( 6 hour's login per day )*

🔹 Perks & Benefits:

💰 Fixed Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)

⛽ Allowances: Up to ₹2,600 (Petrol + Mobile)
