About the Role

CIEL HR is looking for a Field Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring for non-IT manufacturing clients in Hosur. The role involves extensive field recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and joining follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT manufacturing positions.

• Source candidates through field recruitment, local hiring drives, referrals, job portals and other channels.

• Visit different locations in and around Hosur for candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location and job requirements.

• Coordinate candidate interviews with the client / hiring team.

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure minimum dropouts.

• Support walk-in drives and local recruitment campaigns.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and client SPOCs.

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

• Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.

• Experience in Non-IT / Manufacturing recruitment will be an advantage.

• Candidates with field recruitment or field hiring experience are preferred.

• Male candidates only.

• Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves field movement.

• Kannada and Tamil are mandatory.

• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within Hosur for recruitment activities.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
