Job Title: Bulk Hiring Recruiter – Picker/Packer -cafe Support | E-commerce

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiter with experience in the e-commerce industry, especially with companies like Zepto, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for Picker/Packer positions across all areas of Mumbai.

• Make calls to candidates and explain job requirements.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for selection and joining.

• Coordinate client visits and hiring-related activities.

• Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain a regular pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.

Job Details:

• Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

• Hiring Location: All areas of Mumbai

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

• Experience: Prior experience in bulk hiring for the e-commerce industry is preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for Picker/Packer positions for Zepto, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit, or similar e-commerce companies will be preferred.

Important: We are looking for candidates who can manage high-volume Picker/Packer recruitment, generate candidate lineups, coordinate interviews, and achieve hiring targets.
